Terms of Service

Welcome to My Status. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using My Status ("the App", "our Service") you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use My Status. By creating an account you confirm you meet this minimum age.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

5. Content Ownership and Licence

You retain ownership of the content you post. By submitting content to My Status you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, distribute, and display that content as needed to operate the Service (for example, showing your post in the feed, in another user's chat, or in a discovery list). This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies that already reached other users' devices.

Eligible users may book paid advertising slots. Pricing is tier-based (Oltin, Platinum, Premium, VIP) and shown in the app at the time of booking. Payment is made directly to the carrier via the USSD code *880*066645*amount#. After paying you must submit the carrier's reference number; an admin verifies the transfer before the slot is activated. Ads must comply with Section 4 (Acceptable Use) and applicable advertising law. We may reject or remove ads at our discretion. Refunds for rejected ads are reviewed case-by-case.

Caption suggestions and NSFW screening are provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy. AI suggestions are starting points — you are responsible for the final content you publish. The NSFW classifier is a safety aid, not a guarantee; admins may still remove content that violates Section 4.

8. Reports and Moderation

Any user may report content or other users via the in-app report flow. Admins review reports and may take actions including content removal, account suspension, or account deletion. Decisions are at our reasonable discretion. Repeat violators may be permanently banned without refund.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect and how it is used.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or in response to incidents without prior notice.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms or applicable law. On termination, your licence to use the Service ends, but Sections 5, 12, 13, and 14 survive.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Status and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tashkent.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
